I deal with Autolign in Chch, they're excellent, always had great advice, sells to me at trade prices and next day delivery down south here. You may have a Autolign closer to home though - can't comment on their service or advice though obviously.
Shocks vary heaps in price depending on brand, quality etc. But expect ~300 a pair or more for a half decent pair. Shocks are piece of piss to change out in most common vehicles - like half hour each side.
I'm not sure what suspension system a bounty runs? They'll be either torsion bars or coil over. If TB, you can upgrade the torsion bars, or just crank them up a bit to fix nose droop - within reason. Coil overs, you'll need new springs to get any lift, 'spacers' are an option - they sit on top of the springs, but generally speaking aren't legal unless certified - and you're not actually upgrading the suspension at all by using them.
If you do anything with the suspension in a vehicle get an alignment done as mentioned above.
