    Snorkels

Anyone got any thoughts on Safari Snorkel vs a cheap trademe job?

There were what appeared to be genuine Safari Snorkels on trademe a couple of weeks back for $399, no longer there though

I got a cheap one off trademe for my surf. The template didn't line up with anything. And the pipe in the kit didn't work either. It sounds like the safari ones are easy to fit

I paid a panel beater to do the hole cut in my panels for me. Saved me a whole lot of worry and not one rust spot ten years after.

I looked at the cheapies for my safari but they are pretty pathetic. I got an Ironman which is sorta mid-range pricewise from Chris Trundle - a great guy https://www.facebook.com/Trundles-Au...3606206045224/

I didn't fit it but the guys who did said it was very straightforward compared to some they'd done.

    Cheers
