Really drives home the importance of labeling containers, haven't had a proper stuff up yet but I've found all sorts of shit in all sorts of containers in farm workshops. Had a guy ring me because he had run side by side out of fuel so I grabbed a 20l fuel container from workshop that was half full and made my way to where he was, opened fuel container to put the nozzle on and straight away smelt it was straight chlorine! If it was the Nepalese guys without me around they would have just put it in the side by side without a second thought

Reminds me of a few years ago trying to be helpful to the front neighbour - was using left over weed & feed spray on their front lawn during summer while they were away. About 7-10 days later the lawn died off - a month later turned into a dust bowl. Looked in my garage and saw an empty Round Up spray container and a 1/4 full weed& feed container. Bugger... work mates did a few drive by's when I told them the story & took pics to give me a hard time. Son then told his mates what I did and well........

When I lived down the coast the local farmers who got sick of the night time mystery shoppers
used to put the petrol sign on the diesel tank and diesel sign on the petrol tank.
Often the local mechanics would get a breakdown call out and after towing the vehicle in
would do a ring around and the local farmers will go down and have a meet and greet with said mystery shoppers.
    West Coast justice.

We got contractors in to lay about 70m2 exposed aggregate patio at our previous house. After the pour they sprayed it with the wrong stuff and couldn't properly expose the aggregate. The crew boss admitted he had changed the brand of chemical and not told the crew it was supplied in a different colour container. Net result was a few days later there was a mini digger breaking up the new patio, dump it all, relay new patio. They lost a lot of $ on that stuff up! (FYI they first offered to do a stamped finish on top of the first pad but I rejected that as we had exposed aggregate driveway, other areas, etc)

It must have been done at night, roundup even as a concentrate behaves nothing like engine oil at all.
