I wouldn't bother using 4H lock for normal gravel road driving, just slippery places where there is a chance of getting stuck.
You can slightly apply the handbrake when you're stuck and it works a bit like a poor mans locker, can do the same with the foot brake as well its just a bit trickier to control
but 4h will feel less bouncy over corrugation's than 2h.....by significant amount
