Cam you'll find that a turbo only sucks a tad harder than a non turbo, with diesels not running any vacuum the difference is far less than on a petrol.

Anyone seen one of those muppets who runs the snorkel backwards?

    Doesn't that grind your gears?

I always used to run mine backwards off road(don't have one on the cruiser). Can completely fill an air box with gorse or broom flowers in 20 min driving up here!
Also saved me a hydraulicd engine a couple of times.
    cambo and Ryan like this.

Never thought of the gorse, never really had that problem

If you dont have a valved water trap, I can see why.
