Thread: Trailer ideas

I hate I am not stating the obvious, but would it not be better to unbolt the tow ball and bolt whatever rack or mount directly through the same hole? A tow ball is designed to allow lateral and some vertical movement where you want a rigid fitting. That is what I would do.

I would use the existing hole and a U bolt to fit an 'extension' to the drawbar then put a proper holder for the LPG on that between the jerry cans ....There are alread a couple of support holes in the panel to add stability as well...

I have had my share of dodgy ones too...mostly when I was much younger and more invincible.... Sometimes it takes someone who has never even considered something to come up with a new way of solving a problem.....
