Thread: Trailer ideas

Hey team,

so im tinkering away on the trailer, its a briford custom build i picked up a while back and slowly getting it sorted.

one of the features of the trailer is an additional towball on the draw bar. as you can see there is a gap between the jerry cans that i was going to somehow mount a small 2 kg gas cylinder 180mm wide that fits just perfectly.......if i can find a mounting bracket for it!

i was thinking of getting something like an old bike rack attachment and cut it level to the top of the trailer, that way when i put the solid steel lid on i won't hit the jerry cans and the lid is easier to lift back up. it would also double as the upright for some type tray to sit on so i could put a gas burner on it and cook?

anyone done something similar? or know of a suitable 2kg gas mount?
