    Upping the Anti

I was looking up some different DOC land to shoot and noticed some areas which require a boat to get to them on the other side of a lake so I thought I would up the anti on my transport options to be able to access these areas. I bought this little beast a couple of weeks ago and tried it out on the lake on Saturday, I did a bit of water skiing as well while I was at it. I was pleased with it's performance and the Toyota Lexus V8 purred along beautifully, I hope I get many enjoyable hunting trips out of it.

Thanks for the heads up gonetropo, I will keep an eye on it and let you know if I have any trouble. I know a lot of guys with these motors in their boats and they haven't experienced this misfortune so I hope it is a one off. Always good to get advice and feedback though so thanks.

Ok I will ask around the Jet boating guys I know and see if they can come up with something. I myself don't know much about it but I do appreciate your advice and will look into it further. Thanks again

Nice mate, looks tidy. Is it a fibre glass Hamilton? Be surprised if you have any engine issues, I know of heaps of them in private jet boats and a few in commercial jets and they're very reliable. There's thousands of them getting modified/driven high kms/flogged in 4Runners/Tundras/Landcruisers around the world and they have a very good reputation. Don't stress - just go boating.
I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.

Cheers Josh, it's an alloy hull with a fibre glass top. It's a Hamilton 132 A
