    Fill the car with rice.

    Failing that,take the seats and carpet out. Then let the car dry naturally if you can. Dashes and gauges are a pain because the condensation gets trapped behind them.

    The reason that works is that a starving Chinese exchange student will take the rice and fix the electronics as a thank you..... apparently.
