The review is the District Council's standard 10 yearly review, and the proposals re navigation were drafted well before that occurred.

thoughts on a 5 hp 4 stroke vs 5 hp 2 stroke on a 2.6m inflatable tender with an Ali hull?

ideally would like to plane with 2 people. Transom is rated for 26 kg so an 8hp is in theory ok.

You are going to need a 8hp 2stroke
