About LinkBacksGuy in Fairlie had a new ford ranger about 18 month.Came back from Timaru one day,parked beside his house.Went inside to see his familly,was there only about 5 minuts.His mrs could see this smoke out side.WTF the ranger went up in smoke,burnt to the ground very quickly,only done maybe 40ks.FORD didnt want to know about it,see your insurance company.Ranger still had plenty of warranty.Unbelievable,not the 1st time this has happened to ford rangers.Something to do with fuel lines near hexhaust system.It was a buitifull ute,then turned into a hep of rubble.
