Thread: Winch recommendations

Am looking for some sort of winch setup for "emergency" use for the side by side. Have a wee trip planned early July to a spot that has reasonable access but don't want to end up in the shit 20k from any reception. The sxs is my normal farm one and don't really want to permanently mount something. Looking for something reasonably cheap (might never be used) that can be attached like a tow rope. 12v would be good but hand rachet type might suit the budget better
