    Looks like we are all go. VC, Stingray and myself so far. I'll need to track down a second trailer for the other quad bike, and get a wagon with a tow bar sorted out.

    The doc has put me off work till the end of this month so I am unlikely to make it now sorry.

    Cheers for that. I spent a day on the quad a few weekends ago, swapped out the starter and replaced it with a good second hand one, adjusted the tappets as you could drive a train through the gap. Stripped the carby and reset that and even gave the old girl an oil change and a new spark plug. Runs like new now.

    Sorry don't know how to make picture smaller. Excellent clearing, deer all over the place when we were there, like a motorway at the river banks
    Thanks for the info Turtle, what stops Quads from heading further up than the climb you refer to? Presuming this is around McKellar Stream?
