    Novice hunt courses

Right'o there has been some very positive feedback about members hosting hunting & shooting courses from novice Bunny & Deer shoots through to forum meat hunts & get togethers throughout the country

So in this thread post up any ideas you may have, if you would be keen in hosting one or interested in attending one & then we can iron out the details

Shoot it, root it & then BBQ it !!!

I could do a kids type bunny shoot out of Nelson, will have to check with landowner but should be fine.
If there is interest I could look into "guided" meat hunts out of Kiakoura. These would not be free but I may be able to cut a deal.

Very keen to be a part of the first one (my longest shot to date is 150m or something pitiful), and can definitely help out with the second.

I'm happy to take a couple of newer ones Wallaby hunting either a walkabout, or ridge to opposite ridge shooting [ where 250-600yrd+shots are availble], I've only weekends so that and Farmer permission, ie lambing time winter weather etc will have to be taken into account.

Ahh Oxford, I was up there for a long weekend 18 odd months ago on the Lees Valley side
Me at the end of the weekend, the truck was about ten feet the otherside of the guy holding the camera thank Christ.

We saw three deer but didn't get any, my mate got this though and we got another much smaller one

308, 338, all good, just nothing smaller than a 223 thanks.
Send me a PM from here on in about this please.

Do any of these offers still stand? Anyone in the NI keen on taking me for a go at some LR stuff?
