Here you go @Philipo , I thought I would bump this along as we only have five months to go.

A Badlands Bino’s Bivvy in as new condition as I have only used it once on safari in Africa recently. This includes a Camelbak water bladder (brand new / never used) for the fold out water bladder holder on the back of the shoulder strap and as a sweetener, an old pair of Tasco “Lazer” 12x50 coated optics binoculars that have had more use than a “K” Road hooker but still work better than the average bloke’s looking peepers.

Gotta be worth something at auction. Now five months being a long time to an old fellah, please make a diary note to nudge me a reminder closer to the day.

@Gibo, is that the infamous sharpie from one of the past auctions ? I reckon it must have trippled in value by now
@Philipo, bro I'm happy to help out again with "phone" bids - worked ok last year, if we have decent signal at the venue could try the FB live thing as suggested.

I'm currently approaching business about getting items donated, plus I know a couple of other members that are actively doing the same.

Will be there this year (hopefully) and have a fairly lightly used Baikal in 7.62x39 I would like to put up for auction. After a brain cancer scare myself recently the more we can raise for cancer research the better.

And in particular CHILD cancer research having lost young family and friends to the scourge that it is.

Photos of rifle to follow shortly.

Apologies for the crap pictures, neither myself or my phone are very good photographers.

Disclaimer: the stock has been refinished by myself because I hated the AK red and also reshaped/thinned quite a bit of the standard Baikal "rough edges". Added a grip cap to increase the depth of the grip. May not be everyones flavour but I like it.

There is no reserve as any bid that wins goes to a very worthy cause. It has already paid for itself in Venison as far as I am concerned.

Has anyone been able to come up with any ideas around live bidding from forum members?
Would be great to include those that cannot attend?

Cheers Preacher & McNotty, very much appreciated.

I'll sort a proper itemized Auction thread closer to the date with everything listed.

Many thanks to Darren @DPT for providing a suppressor to go under the hammer, it's a 30cal 1/2 x 20 but I'm sure Darren will happily replace with an equivalent in another cal / thread if required.

    Cheers mate
