Time for another Get-Together - Central North Island

Could be time for another wee get together for those forum members that can travel to the Central North Island.

Looking at early October, to give those with busy calendars enough time to rearrange their affairs and get up/down here for a Saturday afternoon/evening get together around a blazing bonfire and talk shit.

14th October may be too controversial a date, and its Labour weekend after that, so have settled on Saturday 7th October.

Anyone with time to burn can rock up days early if you want, and knock down some bunnys/coons over if desired. But no F/A on the Saturday thanks.

The Cottage now has water and power on, so the more senior guys/girls can pull the rank card and will have a comfy bed. The great unwashed can bring their tents/bivvie bags/caravans and park up just out of spark range from the bonfire. The long drop will now sport a tent over it, and the shower may even work.

    PM for details and location.

    Be there or be square

Not sure I'm going to be able to get there this year Simon. I'm working those days and due to staff shortages possibly not able to get annual leave.
