    Always try and play Mitre10 and Bunnings off against each other on the 15% cheaper that others deal. It can be worth it.

    Yeah but Bunnings are a sleazy lot and their claim is mostly hot air. Their claim for the 15% is hollow as a lot of their stuff is excluve to Bunnings, eg Ryobi tools. You won't find it elsewhere.
    Consumer pointed this out a couple of years ago.

    That's true but they do have some the same so always worth looking online at least to see if they do.

    My son got pissed around with this price matching claim. Can't recall what the power tool package was but they were identical items at both places. When he tried to call in the price match, the store said the SKU numbers were different. Technically correct but it was only a packaging diff. He didn't win.

    I got a "Karcher" waterblaster recently, there was 1 letter different in the model number between stores staff member said it was for that reason
