some rechargeables are only 1.2 volts per cell. eg 4 of them =4.8volts not 6V
take this into account before you spend money on them
So how many Volts should a normal one be. For a garmin gps

Jaycar have the next model up Eneloops. got a couple of packs recently. can't get to them right now to check the aMh but they are black coloured
downside is they appear to lose charge faster if sitting around for long periods and less life - but people like me will lose them before they run out of puff
by less life I mean less number of times you can recharge them
Eneloops are great. They have at least the same storage as an Alkaline battery.
Anyone tried lithium ones
The pro enerloops look good. LiPo rechargeable AAs are not really AAs as they are 3.6v. Never tried the non rechargeable lithium but they are uber expensive.
Sorry ment non rechargeable use them in game can and get a good run out them
Got eneloops from Noel leeming last week.. 40pc off.... Seem to be good battery... I got the pro version...
