    AA Battery Charger

    Recommend me a Good one.
Trying to find a decent smart one that can detect charge left in cell and only charge what is required, and also charge individual cells so I can charge 3 cells for my head light not 2 or 4 like mist cheap charges.

I have had a few different ones, got a good one that detects and charges for each battery, from 1 to 4 AAs. Its charging my GPS batteries right now, I'll see what brand/model it is.

    Hi winaa,

Assuming you're after a charger for NiMH batteries, I use and highly rate the Maha MH-C9000 Pro charger. It's probably the best NiMH only charger out there and can charge 1-4 cells, every cell can be charging/discharging on a different cycle, including re-conditioning cycles like analyse and refresh. If you want a do it all charger, Nitecore has some cheaper options like the UM4. They can't re-condition batteries though. The SKYRC MC3000 is probably the most advanced battery charger on the market currently, can charge pretty much any battery you can think of.
    Regards, Joel

There's a reasonably cheap Panasonic that charges whatever combination of batteries you chuck in it AA/AAA - I think this is the latest version. I got the kids one for Xbox and just leave a set of batteries in it which they swap out when they need and replace when they need. Also got one for the wife who takes before and after pics at work with battery hungry flash.

    Thanks for all the replies.
Yes I was meaning AA and AAA NiMH batteries, I ordered a Maha charger as I didn't need a multi chemistry charger.

This. Is capable of interrogating and charging a wide variety of cell types. Mine has performed faultlessly for the past 6 years
