    AA Li Ion batteries..

    Can I use Nitecore Li Ion batteries in my Garmin?? Are they better than standard??? Are they worth the price??? Tried Eneloops, Energisers etc but not getting a whole lot of satisfaction with run times, going flat on storage etc.. Thoughts ????
