    any opinion of Stoney Creek Tundra?

    In the market for a new jacket for the roar, will be in South Westland.
    Whats the new stoney Creek Tundra like?

    I had a squiz at it the other day in the store. Bloody heavy jacket and would be noisy as. Looks pretty hard wearing but I'd be looking for something a bit lighter.

    It is an alpine jacket so noise not an issue, I have one and like it

    seam sealing is a well known fault with stoney creek jackets

    interesting, the fault occurs when the jackets (any) are not washed on a regular basis to get rid of the bacteria.

    Any jacket will have issues

    My Swazi is 7 yrs old and washed regularly and had no seam issues, had a mate with same jacket and they had started peeling off after a couple of years.....no washing. My Tundra is 12 months old and no issues

    Just a little hijack, what are you using product wise when washing @HNTMAD

    I use Grangers or sport wash but have a contact for grangers. Also a wee spin in the dryer and a spray with water proofer spray of grangers just prior to winter

    I use nikwash, but don't have a drier, so use the solar heater
