Hi all
Just thought I'd ask if anyone has tried the self inflating sleeping pads from the link below?
They seem to good to be true! 50mm thick, weigh only 350g and are $99!!
Anyone brought anything else off the website?

I have a similar matt same design just possibly different brand, and my experience is although it is light it certainly is better suited to warmer weather and it didn't provide much cushioning from the ground I could feel the ground through it especially around my hips and shoulders, just bearable if you lie flat on your back.
It's in my box of things I shouldn't have skimped on.....:yaeh am not durnk:
My opinion now is I'd rather carry a heavier matt that's warmer and comfortable after a long day hunting

Klymit stuff has worked well for me and is much cheaper than thermorest. Admittedly I have only had an older thermorest that was absolutely shit (leaked like a sieve) but it put me off enough that I would take some real good convincing to spend $300/400 + on another.
Exped mats are great. Wait till bivouac has a sale....
Thats interesting about the bushbuck cumulus LT. Mine is not much used and now has a slow leak (goes down over a couple of days). I suspect it is coming from the inlet valve as when i push that back in place HARD the leak is slower. I've been pretty happy with my BB gear up until this though. Anyway the insulated nemo looks good but r-value is 2.6...
Exped down mat for winter. They are a little heavier than the tinfoil reflective insulated mats but very quiet to sleep on.
Down mat 7cm 870gr and R=5.8 rated -24 rectangular not tapered one. I get wet feet on tapered mats
they do an ultra lite version with a higher R 7.1 valve ond only 630gr but ultra lite also says to me shorter life.
