The Basement.co.nz ?

Has anyone had any dealings with the above outfit based in Tauranga. There website is great and appears to have everything however I purchased a shooting vest two weeks ago and have not heard a thing from them. For what ever reason they are not replying to either my emails or phone messages and god knows I have left a few of both.

Curious to no if anyone else is, or has, had issues with them........and if your planning on using them I will keep you informed on how this pans out.
If there like this with a vest god knows how they are with a high priced item. LOL. :oh noes:

Awesome. Made contact via Broncos and it would appear the matter has been sorted. Vest is on its way. Thanks for the reply and conection to Broncos. Problem appears to have been caused by a server fault not that of bad service. So cannot fault The Basement.co.nz
