I personally use Poly but high quality Poly
For me it beats merino in every way , I’m not saying Merino is bad just a that modern synthetics have come along way over the last 5 years and the old “ Merino beats it every time “ isn’t always correct.
Try some top of the range Poly from Macpac , North Face , Kuiu etc , you will be amazed how good it is .
