    Bivy bags??

So, I'm heading into a tahr ballot block in May which has a campsite known for its local kea population (i.e, they wreck anything they can get their beaks into). I have seen enough photos of shredded tents to know that I don't want to leave my tents unattended there. So my options are to pack up the campsite each day (we are thinking of taking everything packed in big plastic bins with lids), which means taking down/putting up tent each day, which to be honest I'm not that keen on (unless of course we are fly camping on the hill). Or, use a bivy bag, both at the main campsite and on the hill.

I don't own a bivy bag, of know much about whats good and whats not in the world of bivy bags, so I'm looking for guidance from those of you in the know... This is for alpine use (if that makes a difference). Cheers
If it's not a first round hit you need to practice more
