Thread: Buck knife too big

Get the grinder to it mate.....
I've 'reshaped' a couple of knives, including one buck.
As long as you don't get it real hot, and dip it in water as you go its fine.
I got given a buck with one of those skinning zippers on the end of it, horrible things - its now a nice wee drop point.
Same with my Victorinox skinner - was wrong for me, and now its a nice curve that suits the way I skin.
