Thread: budget rifle scopes for 308

Kiaora folks,
Well my rifle scope is well and truly fogged up now, so I've probably got limited uses on it before i have to get a new one.
I'm at uni and a pretty big jew so on a fairly low budget.
I know people will say buy once cry once and you get what you pay for etc, but I need a scope and I don't have the money for anything extravagant.
I'd like a 3-12 sort of magnification range just so I've got all my bases covered.

So far the ones I'm looking at are:

- bushnell banner 4-12 Bushnell - 4-12x 40mm - Multi-X


Any body had any experience (good or bad) with these? Are there any other blatantly decent cheap scopes I should consider?

Any help would be appreciated. Its for a 308
