    building a knife and a sheath, part 4 - roughing the handle

    So once it was all drilled I could then set the blade in place and start to make the handle shape, lots of sandpaper, just boring old 80 grit to remove the maximum possible, a sanding block and a coping saw for the really gross removal.

    Next its time to glue the blade to the scales so that the handle can be further shaped.
