Question Bullet seeker new chrono on market anyone used one ? Feedback

Hey team, probably should've started this thread rather than replying on someones for sale thread (sorry lee308)
Has anyone had any experience with these bulket seeker chrono's

    https://bulletseeker.com.au/

Looks like a nice compact bit of kit if they prove accurate and reliable.
Keen to hear first hand experience as I have looked at what information I couod find on the net

Looks like another step forward as nothing sits still in electronic gear. But looks as if at $1399 aus Its dearer than Labradar at $1499 NZ.

Target Dynamics hopes to retail them for around $1500.

Apparently have done a couple of small production runs so far, but every time I look they are all sold out.

Good night lab radar and magneto speed if they don’t adapt to the market. Could easily go the way of Kodak, especially if the price ever comes down.

Must it be firearm mounted? I.e not on a tripod next to the rifle?

Yeah, I don't like the idea of mounting on the rifle. Surely if the unit is moving backwards due to recoil it affects the accuracy of the reading of the bullet moving forwards, though probably only an issue with high recoil calibres.

Mark tried all different methods of attachment with no noticeable variation of reading. It seems like an extremely adaptable system. He even taped it to a shot gun lol

The only advantage of the magnetospeed I can see is the price - mine I think was sub NZ$350...
