    Yea the main pack is what I use mostly,thick shoulder strap makes shouldering the gun difficult,I only bush hunt and it gets caught up a bit.might try and adapt a old seatbelt as a strap on right side for hunting then use padded one when carrying deer out.

    +1 for the Catcus Miklat just brought one after trying a heap of others but I'm yet to use it. Looks perfect will roll up to go in my big pack and one out side pocket.
    Only draw back is it may be a bit noisey in the tight stuff, but it looks to be built to last.
