Thread: Cheap gear may be ours

Hi guys not been here for ages but thought I would post this.

Yesterday, ( 30th Augest) we got to our lock up here in Porirua to find it had been gone through.
They have taken all our hunting, camping and reloading gear so if you could keep an eye out for stuff that matches the list below and let me know that would be great.
Took some personal stuff to. Wot would these creeps want with our baby photos.

Camping gear.
Tents x 3, North Ridge 8 Person 2 room tent. Fig 1, 4 person dome tent Fig 2, Dolite 1 man Bivi.
Sleeping bags x 3, Colman zip together pair. Cole man compact.
12volt fan inflator, x2.
Dolitepack, 90 ltr top removes for day bag-Black. Fig 2…. 40ltrBlue Black.
Verious camping pots and billies.
Buck 6’ Hunting Knife in Leather Sheath. Hunting element 3’ Folder in Leather Sheath. Various Pocket Knives.

Ryobi 18volt Battery Finishing Gun. Including Battery and Charger.
3 Step Ladder. Red top step. Will Used.
Tool Box. RED. 8 Drawed Complete with modifications to draw insides to take more tools. Contained spanners, sockets, Pilers, Driver s etc.
Concrete Floats. Various, Including MAG FLOAT with red rubber handle. And ROUND END FLOAT.
Extension Leads, 20 And 30m. 1 on roller. Some with only 1 plug portion on a end. Colour yellow and red. 1xpurple and whit with FLETCHER print.
Pipe wrench, Yankee Screwdrivers, 1xredhandle, 1x wooden handle. Possible no BITS.
Other various tools. Hammers hand drills etc.

Fire Arm related
Riffle Bolts x2… Howa 1500 SS Long action, RE 30-06, Norinco 22lr JW-15.
Black Houge Stock for Howa 1500 Long action, Wooden with black forend cap for Norinco 22lr, JW-15.
2x 5 shot Magazines for Norinco JW-15
Sound Moderator, (old) for 22lr.
About 400-600 rounds 22lr ammo, About 10 Hand loaded Rounds of 30-06 ammo, About 15rounds 303 British, Old ammo. Some old odds and ends. Including a 45cal pistol round.
100 Casses for 30-06, some primed some not, some sized some not, Federal, norma, and Remington brands,
Gun Powder- 2206 2x500g, 2209 1 1/2x500g, 2208, 1x500gr, Trail Boss 1x500gr, All ADI Brand in Black bottles.
Older LEE challenger full Reloading set Single stage, Including Dias..4dia set for 30-06, mixed set of Lee and Lyman. Lee .223 3dia set. Red ??Box. Lee 303 2 dia set. Green Cylinder.
Sets may include Lee case length gauges.
Primers. Winchester and Federal. Large rifle and small rifle. Approx. 1000 all up.

All These items were stored in a Copper stamped wood box with a horse and cart-(Coach) scene on the top and sides.
There is a Swazi jacket with a Horiwhenua hunting club patch on the leftshoulder too.

Also there is
1 Block. Antimony, Approx. 5kg. Metal used to harden lead when melted together. Will Stand out like a sore thumb. Can only obtain from certain foundries .

Items that stand out.

Optimus cylinder Cooker. Unique, Never seen a round oneagain. Scouts use the square models.

Copper stamped chest. 700mmx500mmx350mm approx.. Horse and coach scene.

Antimony, Rear and hard to obtain in this country, Only useful to a foundry or case bullet enthusiast. They probably don’t know what they have.

Bummer. Hope it was insured.
