    checkering tools - what to look for

    Im keen to give checkering a try. I have had no bites on the FS section wanting to borrow a set, looking at picking up a basic set for myself.
    What do I look out for? What recommendations do you have? Good brands? where is the best place to buy?

    Am no expert but here goes. Pretty sure you cant buy the gear new in nz
    Got my "gunline camp perry" set from Brownells Aus ,about $250 or you can buy individual cutters etc. Go for 16/18 lpi for a start till you get confident

    Basically impossible to buy any checkering tools since aboit 10 years ago.

    Best Option is to troll ebay and US sites.
