    Go up a size and get a sock liner I run these and as girly as they look, they work great stops the skin rubbing off between your toes especially when you have wet boots all day

    My niece ran the 100 miler here in Nelson recently in those, said after that distance she did have one very small blister but not the usual many she would normally expect to get, so I will be getting some soon.

    Thanks all for the input, i went with the crispis and am wrapped, i havent had them on the hills yet but have been wearing them around all day at work and they are comfiest boots ive worn, $719 so cheaper than the lowas aswell.
