    add an extra gell innersole.
Made a world of differance for me. My Lowas were a bit large as I could not get a half size at the time,
my feet would move around too much and I could get blisters on the ball of my foot.
The Gell innersole stopped all this. No blisters now.

Good to know. Yeah I've still got an old pair I use if I'm not needing to sidle in alpine areas and my feet are fine in them climbing all day. Somethings up with this new model ranger 3 or my feet just don't like them.

The other thing I didn’t like with Rangers is the insole is shit and I’d have to buy a replacement set.
Shut up, get out & start pushing!

Thats Preddy much the same across the board tho. I was running jell ones for years but since i stuffed my back i have had to go custom orthotics that a solid boot just dosnt work with at all.
