About LinkBacksJohstone from blackbird valley in Nelson makes a good knife for a reasonable price. He uses some recycled steel, saw blades files etc.The one on the left is one of his and IIRC its from a leaf spring off a mazda ute.It wont hold an edge like the svord on the right, 370bb i found on TM,but its not to bad. Beach burr handle gets thicker towards the back which I like.
