    I've got an Al Brown. Great knife.

    D2 steel is very chippy. Doesn't like bone. Chips doing jobs like taking a stags head off or getting too vigorous doing the hocks.

    Has anyone got Al Brown's contact details? I want him to make me a little sharpening steel. He makes a great job of them.
