Try having a chat to Lowa to see what they suggest?

Super glue is generally pretty brittle and not suited to fixing flexible materials. If it doesn’t leak I’d not worry about it, just ensure it gets a good waxing.

Shoegoo is an amazing product - stick soles together, fill gaps around the upper guards and fills cuts in the leather
This cut has been filled for a couple of weeks and flexes with the leather - I doubt it will lift out or tear off
Boot repairer told me about it

You could try some ms silicone by sikaflex,I use it for work a lot an sticks like shit once cured ,waterproof and very flexible,I mend neoprene chest waders every duck season with it as well.comes in a few dirrerent colours too you might be able to match the leather colour
Shoegoo or gear aid Freesole. tried both and freesole is a little bit more runny and takes a little more time to set so gives you more time to play with. Once you used it, for long term storage put a bit of Vaseline on the lid thread for easy future lid removal and put whole lot into freezer. thaw when needed again.
Tried all the other glues and sealants over the years, none of them lasted long.
