Watched some YouTube clips, and the consensus seems to be a recipe containing:
Beeswax
Lanolin
Boiled Linseed Oil
Any practical experience with this or suggestions on ratios ?

The guy I watched did it all in a double boiler. I have an old baby bottle warmer that I used for wood turning concoctions, so will probably do it in that.
The ingredient I forgot to mention was mineral spirits (turpentine). I think he added that last.
Any reason why you would want to concoct your own linseed explosion?
I just use reproofer - paint it on and use a heat gun or hairdryer to give it that smooth professional finish.
Pop the tin a small pot with boiling water to help spread.
