Thread: Family camping tent recommendation

We have been using a Kathmandhu 360 tent for the last 10 years. It finally gave up the ghost last summer and we are in the market for another tent for the family.
We were pretty impressed to make 10 seasons in the 360 tbh, but just wondering what else people have used/are using.
We dont need as much space now as the oldest is in her own tent now, would just be myself and my wife with hour two younger kids. The middle one will be in her own tent in a couple of years, so we probably dont need another big tent. We also have the separate kathmandhu compass for those rainy days and cooking etc, so the tent is mostly for sleeping. Separate room to give us some space from the kids instead of one big room would be ideal.

We do have access to the friends and family voucher for kathmandhu, and am leaning towards a retreat 280 for $630. As always in todays climate cost pays a part
