I've got a small kit similar to that, I added some pain relief (panadol, voltarn & codeine) & some antihistamines for wasp/bees.
You have to think about what's the most likely mishap you'll have in the bush & cater for that, like cutting yourself dressing a deer out, taking a tumble, getting stung or something in the eye ( done or seen all of these in 30yrs hunting) None of these are life threatening & you can sort yourself out with a small kit, anything more serious (falling off a bluff, broken leg, etc) & your into what BC alluded too, surviving until help arrives after you have set the beacon off or your mates find you, for that you need pain relief, warmth & shelter.
I reckon these are great & better than a space blanket SOL Heatsheets Emergency Bivvy Bag | Gearshop
