    I'm not really needing a large or 2-3 days pack, just a good multi purpose day pack, would this be too big to fit the bill?.
    I'm always buying stuff to future proof myself.

    I run a twinneedle mollyme with an extra storage pouch on each side that I can put all my gear into when filling the main bag with meat.
