    Cheaper and better quality to download the HIGH RES images from LINZ.govt.nz, import them to something like GPS Trackmaker (free download) and Geo-reference the images and export to the GPS. Better than Google images.

    Only downside is not all of NZ is available.

    I'm still trying to learn my compass, but the bloody thing keeps changing direction when I walk.
