Thread: Garmin Gps maps

'upgraded to a Fenix 6x watch from the 5x but now this thing only has "TopoActive maps not "TopoFull" maps so it has 30m contours and no creeks or anything on it! what's the go to maps these days? I don't feel like paying 200bucks for new maps to replace maps that are worse to the prior model. I downloaded the standard topo nz 50 .kmls but that displays as an image and is limited to 100 so cant get it into the watch. I paid 16 bucks for a .MBtiles but I think that's something else alltogether. I might have to go see hunting and fishing or Garmin themselves if I cant get anywhere soon. cheers
