    Garmin Oregon 600 maps/overlay

    Hey all,

Just been given a loaner Oregon 600 for a bit, it's got some basic maps installed, can anyone recommend a good base map or overlays with doc land or H&F access points to install? Or is this unit a little dated for that? Looks like there's some commercial stuff out there but not sure how good it would be?

    Cheers

For free topomaps google NZ OpenGPS and Mr Purple's topomaps, that is what I use on my Oregon 300 and 700. They don't show DOC boundaries or access points though.
