Thread: Generators

Ok folks

Looking at grabbing a generator, for use when power goes out occasionally to run tools and boil the jug etc. Guna have to be 2.5kva plus for start up surges. Have used Honda suitcase and 4kva ones in the past and impressed but just found this at mitre 10 for a heck of a lot less

Any one had 'powermax' stuff in the past? Cheap and nasty and dies the third time you use it or goes ok?

Don't want to invest too much into this as its only a back up option having said that I want the back up to work!
