I'm picking its a long range outfit.
If you haven't killed it with 3 you're unlikely it hit it with a 4th.
I'd just put some spares in your pack.

Yes exactly, but you need to put them in something to hold them properly. You don't go to all the trouble of building a quality accurate long range rifle and make the best concentric ammo you can to have them rattle round in a pocket and potentially cause runout. With the leverage of a very long projectile it's very possible.

Two options that'll work for you and me

    Duncan has this one http://www.shoot-long.com/products/l...a-made-in-usa/

And a hard plastic mtm case at lower cost and potentially even better protection is the large one of these fits the 28N with 195 seated right out http://gunworks.co.nz/shop/item/mtm-ammo-wallet

Less risk of discolouration and corrosion in the plastic.

Flight was Auckland to Q’town. When I quizzed the Air NZ people at Q’town for the return flight they didn’t have a farkin clue - just kept reading the phrase “must be in branded packaging” and when I pointed out that this was impossible for 284 and it was hand loaded ammo they said they had no idea but go talk to the guy at firearm check in. He was equally clueless
