Thread: Gone with the wind: Sleeping Mat recommendation

I have used the expeds, no problems.
Have old self inflating thermarests use on camp stretchers under mattress's now and they must be 30yrs plus.
Would recommend going to a wide mat for the bit extra weight more room and with quilt your arms are good if on your back.
Have a Sea to Summit XT also it is good.
You do need to look after them though, have good groundsheet and check for sharp shit etc.
