Thread: Great service from HydraPak

I rate the HydraPak Stow water bottles for hunting. One or two 500ml bottles fit nicely in a bumbag. They have a non-return valve on the cap. As you drink the water, the bottle decreases in volume and no air enters. No air pocket means no noise from water slopping about as you walk through the bush.

I bought one about 2 years ago. Last hunting trip, I noticed that the cap was leaking out of a small crack. Not sure whether I had bashed it or it was a materials fault. Tried to buy a replacement cap rather than the whole bottle, but no luck as they have changed the design. Contacted the company and they sent me a replacement cap from the USA as part of their lifetime warranty scheme. Completely free of charge. Pretty bloody good, especially as I had no proof of purchase.

Yeah there are some good companies still left in the US had the same experience with kershaw knives.
