Help - fix Bushnell trailcam - rust from old batteries

Hi - left some batteries in my trail cam for too long. The bottom of the battery case had battery goo and rust in it. Cleaned it all up, but the metal contact plate and springs on 2 of the 4 battery slots are corroded. The top of the battery case is fine, where all the wires go in.

How can I fix that? Can't find any parts available. It looks like the corroded metal plates can slide out and be replaced, but with what? Do I need a tame sparky with soldering iron etc?
