    HELP....Gum boots to neoprene waders adhesive....

    Hi guys, one of my gumboots has peeled off my neoprene waders, as the repair will cost more than what i paid for them ($125) i will 'try' to repair them myself....

    do any of you experts have any advice please....technique, adhesive ect?

    no more nails. held my safety boot sole on for over a year worn everyday

    Aqua seal? Normally used to repair waders/neoprene.

    ask a dry suit manufacturer, should be able to help suggest the right stuff. or youtube

    Mate. Just had the same experience. I found the waders were that stuffed all the other seams leaked as well. Unless they're newer I'd bin them and start over.
    I bought some breathable ones off AliExpress. So far so good and cost about $140.
    My repair on the boots did work though, just the seams were gone as well. I used plane ol F2

    Don't you just use the stuff for repairing bike inner tube punctures?

    +1 for Aquaseal, what we use to repair holes/tears in wetsuits.

    Suck it up and just cut the waders off and turn them into gumboots. Buy a new set of waders (Cheap enough) because what ever you do they will still leak, especially at the worst possible time.

    I got me a tube of bathroom /gutter silicone when my original waders leaked along the seams.every seam got a bloody good lathering and it worked at treat .you can also get the black windscreen sealnt -Ijust fixed a hole in my inflatable boat with that shit and it dont move one iota.

    Hi GA, i will give it one repair job, and take your advice if it doesn't work......if i bought all of above i could buy a new pair anyway....
